Who it suits

Anyone with travel insurance who needs more than a village clinic can give, and anyone who wants to be dealt with in English without a long wait. It is the sensible destination if you are taken ill in Sukhothai and can travel the hour east, and it is where an insurer will most often want you sent. Note what it is not: a large hospital.
